Product Details
A skein is yarn wound into loops so it can be carried without knotting. These are built the same way, thin lines of gold wrapped around a curved form, crossing at slightly different angles so that no two windings sit parallel.
The shape is a wide C rather than a full hoop, fitted on a post, so the weight rests against the lobe instead of swinging from it. The unevenness is the point. It is what keeps the surface from reading as machined.
