How to Start a Return or Exchange

Request Authorization
Email us at hello@hardlycommon.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request return authorization.

Receive Instructions
Our team will respond within 2 business days with your return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the method outlined in your authorization email.
Authorization Required

All returns and exchanges must be authorized before sending any items back. Please email hello@hardlycommon.com for return authorization and instructions prior to shipping. Failure to obtain authorization may result in delays or the voiding of your return eligibility.

Eligible for Return

  • Unworn items in original condition
  • Items with original tags and packaging intact
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items accompanied by proof of purchase

Not Eligible for Return

  • Worn, altered, or damaged items
  • Custom or bespoke pieces
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items returned without prior authorization
